Make Your Epson XP760, EP807A Chipless with Activation Key
If you want to make your Epson XP760 or EP807A printer chipless, you can do so with an activation key. However, before purchasing the Activation Key, make sure your printer’s firmware can be changed to Chipless. Here are the steps to check:
Step 1: Check Firmware Version

Download and extract the Zip archive with the XP760 Firmware YG26I1 version.
Step 2: Connect Printer to PC

Connect your printer to a PC with Windows OS using a proper USB cable. Disable all Epson processes and services using task manager or the WIC Reset Utility.
Step 3: Upload Firmware to Printer

Upload the Firmware to the printer in NORMAL MODE by running EPFWUPD.EXE file. Follow all the steps until the Firmware is uploaded to the printer.
After the Firmware Update process is complete and the printer restarts, check the current firmware version. If it shows YG26I1, the firmware has been uploaded successfully.

After uploading the chipless firmware, you can proceed to buy the Activation Key. Download the License.exe application (Windows only) and activate online by inputting the Activation Key and pressing Ok.
