Step 1: Download Firmware
,Download and extract the Zip archive with WFC5390, WFC5390BAM Firmware DE01N9 version.
Step 2: Connect printer to PC
,Connect your printer to a PC with Windows OS using a proper USB cable. Disable all Epson processes and services.
Step 3: Upload Firmware to printer
,Upload the firmware to the printer in NORMAL MODE. Run EPFWUPD.EXE file and follow all steps until the firmware is uploaded.After the firmware update process is complete, check the current firmware version. If it matches DE01N9, proceed to the next steps.
