– Sending the order is carried out within 24 hours after receiving the prepayment. Virtual goods – within 2 hours.
When paying by cash on delivery, the buyer makes an advance payment in the amount of “round trip” transportation costs.
– After the shipment of the goods, you will be sent an email with the number of the transport declaration.
– The approximate delivery time of the goods by the carrier companies in Vietnam is up to 2 working days.
– At the warehouse of the courier delivery service, be sure to check the contents of the goods, the presence of external damage to the packaging and product defects. You have the right to refuse to receive the goods on the spot, without additional costs on your part;
– In accordance with the current legislation of Vietnam, “Consumer Rights Protection Law”, you have the right to return the goods within the period specified in the “Public Offer”. The return of the goods, the defect of which is found outside the warehouse of the courier delivery service, is carried out by the buyer for his own money, in the amount of the established delivery rate today with the help of the carrier company, or on his own.

2. Delivery outside Vietnam.

– The term of delivery by Vietnam Post is considerable, 2 ~ 4 weeks, depending on the distance.
– When delivering outside of Vietnam, the same rules apply as inside the country.
