, Turn off both the printer and the computer and connect them using a USB cable., Turn on the computer first, then turn on the printer., Start the Firmware Update Tool., Select the port and firmware file (UPG format)., Click the SEND button to transfer the firmware data., Once the transfer is complete, a COMPLETE popup window will appear. Click OK.,7. The printer will automatically reboot once the firmware writing is done.
Initial Ink Charge
,If the printer is turned on for the first time after uploading the firmware to a new Main Board without any parameters, it will automatically perform the initial ink charge. If the initial ink charge is not necessary, make sure to clear the flag.
