Start by putting the printer in Service Mode., Order and DOWNLOAD Service Toola Ver7.00., Unzip the downloaded file by WinZip., Install printer drivers and set the printer as the default printer in the system., Connect the printer via a USB cable., Unplug the printer power cable., Press and hold the power button and connect the power cable., While holding the power button, wait until the Power indicator comes ON and press the Resume button twice. Release all buttons. The indicator will flash a few times and come to a constant green light.If you have not a constant green light but flashing green or orange lights, it means you have other printer errors that need to be fixed first before resetting the waste ink counter.

Run Service Toola Ver7.00 under Windows XP., Check and select the connected USB port number from USB PORT., In CLEAR WASTE INK COUNTER, select MAIN or PLATEN. The selected waste ink counter will be reset. MAIN resets the main waste ink counter, PLATEN resets the platen waste ink counter. If both the main and platen waste ink absorbers are replaced, reset both counters., Close the program and power off the printer.
